Chris Morrow, mayor, will present his annual State of the City address on March 2, at 8:30 a.m., at City Hall Council Chambers, located at 120 E.
This year’s address is titled “Operation G.R.O.W.” and focuses on Gardner’s road map to economic growth and development and highlights some of the city’s most recent accomplishments in this area. Morrow will also announce exciting economic development news that will have a long-term financial impact on the city.
