Local merchants sponsor Honor Flight Breakfast

The American Legion Riders Post 19 and Blazer Burger are sponsoring the second annual Honor Flight Biscuit and gravy Benefit Breakfast.  The breakfast will be held from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., March 4 at American Legion Post 19, 315 S. Meadowbrook Circle, Gardner.
For a $6 donation you will receive an all you can eat breakfast of biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee, orange juice, and milk.
The Honor Flight Network is a non-profit organization created solely to honor America’s veterans for all their sacrifices.  They fly America’s heroes to Washington, D.C. to visit and reflect at their memorials.  Top priority is given to senior veterans – World War  II survivors along with those other veterans that may be terminally ill.
The Honor Flight Network will continue to do whatever it takes to fulfill the dreams of veterans and, most importantly, senior heroes travel for free.
