Legal Notice




Sealed bids for the Moonlight and Grand Street Improvement Project, consisting of 1,100 S.Y. 8″-10″ asphalt base, 6,000 S.Y. 2″ mill and overlay, 1,570 L.F. 5′-8′ conc. sidewalk,1,200 L.F. 15″-36″ storm sewer, 2,100 L.F. curb and gutter, street lighting, traffic signal, striping, grading seeding, and misc. appurtenant items will be accepted by the City of Gardner, Kansas, at the Public Works Department, Gardner City Hall, 120 E. Main Street, Gardner, Kansas, 66030, until 10:00 A.M. (local time) on April 2, 2013, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Gardner City Hall. Bids for improvements to the Moonlight Elementary School drive and parking lots, which will require coordination with this project, will be opened at this location immediately after this opening. Any bid received after the designated closing time will not be considered and will be returned unopened
