On October 15, 2012, the City of Gardner, Kansas passed Ordinance No. 2409 issuing a Conditional Use Permit on certain lands located in the City of Gardner, Kansas, under the authority granted by the Gardner, Kansas Zoning Ordinance (CUP-12-03). Specifically, to allow a motor vehicle tow lot within a C-3 (Commercial District) zoning district, including 3.89 acres located at 29960 W. 191www.gardnerkansas.gov.
