Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Edgerton, Kansas, will hold a Public Hearing at their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at the Edgerton Community Building, 404 E. Nelson Street, Edgerton, Kansas at 7:00 p.m. at which time and place the public may be heard in regard to the rezoning request of the following described real property, situated in the City of Edgerton, Johnson County, Kansas to wit:

Patrick Robinson, Edgerton Land Holding Co., owner of property located at the southwest corner of 191st Street and Homestead, Edgerton, Kansas requests a change in the zoning from Johnson County Rural Residential (RUR) to City of Edgerton Logistics Park District (L-P) on the following real property:

The West ½ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 4, Township 15, Range 22, in Johnson County, Kansas EXCEPT that portion lying North of 191st Street as now established.


The Southeast ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 4, Township 15, Range 22, in Johnson County, Kansas.
