Ordinance No. 969 Summary

On March 27, 2014, the City of Edgerton, Kansas, adopted Ordinance No. 969, annexing six tracts of land [generally located in the vicinity of the southeast corner of 191st Street and Waverly Road, and ¼ mile south on Waverly Road on the west side, and the southwest corner of 191st Street and Homestead Lane], into the corporate boundaries of the City of Edgerton.
