Ordinance No. 2438 Summary
On February 24, 2014, the City of Gardner, Kansas passed Ordinance No. 2438 providing for an Electric Utility Advisory Board for the purpose of providing advice and guidance to the City Council of the City relating to the City’s operation, management and control of said Electric Utility and further prescribing such Advisory Board’s powers and duties and further repealing Ordinance No. 2296 and further amending and repealing sections 13.20.010 and 13.25.010 of the Gardner Municipal Code. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage on February 24, 2014 and publication in the official City newspaper. A complete copy of this ordinance may be obtained free of charge at the Office of the City Clerk, 120 E. Main Street or at www.gardnerkansas.gov. This summary certified by Ryan B.
