Legal Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Gardner, Kansas, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 120 E. Main Street in consideration of the following items:

CASE NO. SUP-13-02, a Special Use Permit for used car sales at 18865 S. Gardner Road

CASE NO. Z-13-03/PDP-13-01, Rezoning from C-3 (Commercial District) to MP-1 (Restricted Industrial District) at 1076, 1084, 1092 and 1098 E. Santa Fe Street.

All persons interested in said matter shall be heard at this time for the public record.
