Ordinance No. 2437 Summary
On October 7, 2013, the City of Gardner, Kansas passed Ordinance No. 2437 providing for the annexation of certain real property where the easement for the Waverly Road Lift Station is located within the Corporate Limits of the City of Gardner as Zoned “ A- AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT”, All as provided by and under the provision of Kansas Statutes annotated 12-520C, and all amendments thereto pertaining; and further providing for the filing of a certified copy of this ordinance and proof of publication in the Office of Records and Tax Administration and County Election Commissioner of Johnson County, Kansas. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after January 1, 2014. A complete copy of this ordinance may be obtained free of charge at the Office of the City Clerk, 120 E. Main Street or at www.gardnerkansas.gov. This summary certified by James R. Hubbard, City Attorney.
