The ‘B’ team battled til the end but dropped a 22-12 decision to the Tigers.
In the ‘A’ game, GEHS took an 8-0 lead just two plays in the game with a long touchdown run by Hunter Skeens.
Second quarter scoring came on a 35 yard strike from quarterback Griffin Johns to Zach Bass. The score was set up by a Jared Highfill’s interception.

Blue Valley had several chances in the closing two minutes but Highfill’s second interception closed the Tigers for the game.
“Both teams played well and big things are expected from this young group of Blazers” said coach Ryan Plankenhorn.
