Lady Broncos turn back Eudora in OT

It took an overtime period, but the Spring Hill High School Lady Broncos turned back Eudora 56-52, Feb. 14.
Tied 50-50 at the end of regulation, Spring Hill outscored Eudora 6-2 in the extra period to take the victory.
“Tessa Davids and Sydney Weaver hit some key free throws for us in OT to seal the win,” said Coach Clay Frigon. “I was real proud of the effort.”
Sydney Cluck had a big night netting 16 points, including four treys. Shelby Baker added 15 points.
Lilly Smith had eight points; Annie Van Zant, seven points; Sydney Weaver, five points; Abigail Mikesell, three points; and Tessa Davids, one point.
Now 7-10 overall, and 4-6 in the Frontier League, Spring Hill returns to action at Louisburg, Feb. 21.
