KELLEY ANNE KANE

Kelley Anne Kane, 39, of Gardner, Kan., passed away Oct. 21, 2013 at KC Hospice House, Kansas City, Mo.

Kelley was born April 5, 1974 in Fort Meade, Md. to David Doyle and Maureen Elizabeth Casey McKee. She graduated from Highlands Ranch High School and earned her Business Administration Degree from the University of Northern Colorado.

She was a manager for Austin’s Bar and Grill in Gardner for eight years and did bookkeeping for Comfort Keepers Home Health Care in Kansas City, Mo.

Kelley married Ronald “Ron” Joseph Kane on Sept. 26, 2003 in Las Vegas, Nev.

She was a member of Divine Mercy Catholic Church.

Kelley loved her boys so much and enjoyed attending all of their sports activities. She joined friends to participate in fund raising campaigns at Austin’s. She always cared for others in need. Kelley will be dearly missed by family and friends.

Kelley is survived by her husband Ron, of the home; sons Colton and Gage Kane, of the home; her parents David and Maureen McKee; sister Courtney McKee and brother Stephen McKee, all of Denver, Colo.

Celebration of life will be 10 a.m., Oct. 25, 2013 at Divine Mercy Catholic Church, 555 W Main, Gardner, KS. Inurnment will follow at Gardner Cemetery. A Rosary will be held at 3 p.m., Oct. 24, 2013, at Bruce Funeral Home, Gardner, KS (913)856-7111. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. also on Thursday, at the funeral home, with a family sharing time at 7:30 pm. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society for colon cancer research. Condolences may be left at www.brucefuneralhome.com.
