Spring Hill high school senior Niles Kahn will take his football talent to Hutchinson Community college this fall.
Kahn, a kicker, made it official Feb, 7 signing a national letter of intent in front of family and friends in the school’s library.
“By far Hutchinson had the most personality and best stadium,” said Kahn. It seemed  like  a good fit and I am real excited about the opportunity.”
“Niles has done an outstanding job of kicking for us the last three years,” said Coach Anthony Orrick.  He was so consisitent on extra points (20-21) and connected on 4 of 7 field goals.”
Kahn helped Spring Hill to its first winning season in 12 years and a district title. He recently earned first team All Frontier league honors and first team Tri County honors.
Niles is the son of Mike and Colleen Kahn and plans to major in Criminology.
