Johnson County Young Matrons gathered for their Installation of Officers Luncheon at Indian Hills Country Club where past president, Sheila Sanders passed the gavel to the incoming president, Nancy Hirschman. The new board members were installed and 13 new members welcomed into JCYM.
More than $90,000 was distributed to benefit Johnson County philanthropies and scholarship recipients in this, JCYM’s 50th year of service. The organization benefits six local philanthropies including Evergreen Living Innovations, Friends of Shawnee Indian Mission, Head Start of Shawnee Mission, Johnson County Christmas Bureau, SAFEHOME, and KidsTLC.
