Leading from start to finish, the Pioneer Ridge Middle School eighth grade varsity boys basketball team ran past Louisburg 44-18 at home, Feb. 11th.
Pioneer, 7-4, jumped to a 13-6 first-quarter lead and went up 30-8 at halftime. The Jags tacked on 14, second-half points to secure the victory.
Tydus Webb had a big night netting a season-high, 21 points. Jace Sprague had 11 points. Luke Laskowski scored six; Reid Frase, three; Garrett Borth, two points; and Tucker Tribble, one point.
