Falling behind 22-0 at halftime, the Pioneer Ridge Middle School seventh grade varsity football team dropped a 36-0 decision to cross town rival Trail Ridge Middle School in last week’s season finale.
“We showed a lot of improvement this season, and I was proud of the effort,” PRMS Coach Jeff Davidson said. “The coaches would like to thank all the parents and fans for their support.”
Despite the loss, Pioneer got 42 rushing yards from Chase Maxwell. Defensively, Davante Prichard led the charge with 11 tackles.
