Intermodal developer purchases KCI buildings

Northpoint isn’t only developing warehouses in Edgerton. The company, which serves as the developer for the Logistics Park Kansas City adjacent to the BNSF intermodal, recently purchased 240,000 square-feet of industrial buildings near the Kansas City International airport.
According to the Kansas City Business Journal, Northpoint has raised more than $200 million since it was created out of the Allen Group’s ashes in 2012.
The company has three buildings under development in Edgerton, including a DeLong Company warehouse, a Demdaco warehouse and a speculation building.
