GEHS Blazer baseball splits doubleheader

The Gardner Edgerton High School varsity baseball team split in doubleheader competition at Ottawa last weekend.  In game one, GEHS dropped a 9-8 decision to St. James.  Carter Hohn pitched in that game. Nolan an Beets had three hits while Brett Lindsrom and Noah Tenove had two hits apiece.
It was a different story in game two as GEHS romped past Ottawa 13-2. Lindstrom was the winning pitcher tossing a three hitter.
Now 5-2, GEHS gets back to action this week against St. Thomas Aquinas.
