The lowlifes never go away, they just move around and appear in another spot. Bill Crandall is involved in more fiancial rape of the citizens – see http://www.bizjournals.com/kansascity/news/2012/05/07/kansas-city-commission-weighs-tif-for.html?ana=e_du_pub&s=article_du&ed=2012-05-07.

You have to wonder what people are thinking (not thinking evidently) to allow a TIF project of this kind into their community and state. Just like our Walmart TIF here in Gardner, you, the taxpayer, won’t get any sales tax and only property tax that you are getting now on undeveloped land for years and years to come while the thieves such as Crandall laugh on their way to the bank by getting the citizens to bankroll their costs.

And the lowlifes will more than likely get their TIF, just like they have in Gardner and beyond, due to slimy politicians and bureaucrats who put the knife in the back of the average citizen every day of the week.
