GE Republicans announce inaugural meeting, officer election

Following the 2012 elections, a group of local Republicans have decided to organize and create the Gardner-Edgerton Republican Party similar to the Olathe Republican Party and the Overland Park Republican Party. The primary purpose of the group is to support and encourage the development of conservative values in the state of Kansas and the United States of America that reflects the time-honored principles of limited government, fiscal responsibility, low taxes, respect for life, law and order, ethical government, personal responsibility, a strong national defense, and patriotism as espoused by our Founding Fathers and Presidents Lincoln and Reagan.
The Gardner-Edgerton Republican Party invites all registered Republicans who live in Gardner or Edgerton to join them at Austin’s Bar and Grill at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012. The Gardner-Edgerton Republican Party will be voting to approve its by-laws and will elect its executive committee.

I will continue to be a registered Independent, especially when I see who is the acting secretary of this group. I pretty much know who will be on the executive committee. Put on your hidden gun and go to Austin’s (an establishment I won’t ever support) and be a part of this group………just what citizens should be doing with their time (my tongue is in my cheek on that comment)………………..I can already see what will be coming for the Gardner city elections come this spring……..wonder if the people will continue to shoot themselves in their feet and enable and support the candidates coming out of these meetings……eat and drink the propaganda, rhetoric, conniving, manipulation, deception, etc. and the price will be high and one you will pay dearly for……………
