Frontier Days organizers seek volunteers

Frontier Days organizers are still in search of volunteers. The event, now in its 40th year, is seeking help with running carnival rides, helping kids with games, and assisting with the ice cream social.
The festival kicks off on Friday night, June 15, and runs through Saturday evening.
Glyn Powers, Frontier Days committee member, said volunteers are the highest priority now for organizers.
“And then we need volunteers for all year long, too. Not just during the event.” Powers said. “It’s kind of tough to get volunteers, but anything anybody can do sure helps out.”
Those interested in volunteering, should call Glyn at (913)238-9539.
