Edgerton approves pay raise for administrator

The Edgerton City Council approved a 3 percent salary increase for City Administrator Beth Linn on June 14.
Linn, a Shawnee resident, was hired in May last year with a starting salary of $83,000.
She previously worked as director of community development for the city of Raytown.
Before that, Linn worked as neighborhood services manager for the city of Merriam.
She has a bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Kansas.
