Congressman Yoder visits Gardner for townhall meeting

Gardner residents had a chance to talk to Rep. Kevin Yoder, R-Kansas, on their own turf Wednesday morning.
The Congressman hosted a town hall meeting at Gardner City Hall.

“It’s important to me to get around the district and hear the concerns of constituents,” he said prior to the hour long event.
Yoder presented 10 ideas he says will stimulate growth nationwide. There are 23 million small businesses in the U.S., he told the crowd of approximately 50 people. If each one of those businesses created one job, that would jump start the economy.
