Commision approves residential plots

The Johnson County Board of Commissioners approved applications for several residential zoning districts at their November 1 meeting.
The first area is property ¼ mile West of Lone Elm Road in Olathe, which will extend 178th street for the public , create a private cul-de-sac and provide .85 acres for a wastewater pump. The second will divide 53 acres into two 26.5 acre pieces for two homes at 21070 South Moonlight Road to be known as Gay Family Farms subdivision, as requested by Don Gay Homes,  Inc.
The next approved residential property request will create four residential lots to be known as Andrew Estates II at 151st streets and Dillie Road.
Finally, authorization of $1,000,000 to provide sewer mains for an 80 acreage location known as Blue River No. 25 that, also, includes the sight of a future elementary school, was approved.
The Commission, also, approved the 2013 County Assistance Road System Program request for $13,158,000 for 19 projects in the coming year and $20,498,537 for the 2013 Stormwater Management Program.
