Quality Structures, Inc., QSI, a manufacturer of post frame buildings, is opening
new branches in the communities of Ingalls, KS and St. Paul, NE to meet the
demands of their post frame customers.
Quality Structures, Inc., QSI, specializing in complete post frame buildings, is
excited to announce the opening of its new branch offices on March 10, 2014 at
105 B South Main, Ingalls, Kansas and March 24, 2014 at 1211 2nd, St. Paul,
Nebraska in order to meet the demands of its post frame customers.
QSI has been a manufacturer of post-frame buildings in Richmond, KS since 2003.
QSI’s Richmond facility was built in 2005 and is currently a six acre complex with
two large warehouses that house the lumber, metal and steel for their post frame
buildings. The company currently has four branch offices serving Kansas,
Nebraska, Iowa and Missouri, with the fifth branch office opening in Ingalls,
Kansas, conveniently located between Garden City and Dodge City, to better serve
and meet the demands of the customers living in Western, KS and surrounding
areas. The sixth branch office opening in St. Paul, Nebraska is located on Highway
281 just north of Grand Island.
Forty percent of QSI’s business is for agricultural use, 40% for suburban, 10% for
residential, and 10% is split between commercial and equestrian use. Rob Pearce,
QSI president believes, “if you take care of your customers, they’ll take care of
you. We go to great lengths to take care of our customers, with emphasis on
quality of materials, craftsmanship, and the selection of good quality people to
work here.”
Buildings are engineered to withstand 90 mile per hour wind shear and a 20 pound
roof snow load. Trusses are four feet apart and the three ply laminated columns
are eight feet apart, equaling more lumber and adding substantial structural
support. The metal is covered by a 40 year warranty, columns with a 60 year
warranty, and a five year warranty on workmanship. QSI has its own delivery fleet
to ensure prompt and courteous delivery of materials.
