Blazer JV falls to Blue Valley

Battling until the end, the Gardner Edgerton High School Blazer JV boys basketball team dropped a hard fought 66-54 decision to Blue Valley, at home, Feb. 18.
“The kids played a great game, and we just missed some key free throws in the third quarter that really hurt,” said coach Curtis Barnes.
Despite the loss, GEHS got a 12-point performance from Jacob Lathrum, including four, three pointers. Grant Howell had 11 points, and connected on three, three pointers.
Eli Reynolds had eight points, Jacob Haywood had seven, Devon Toomey, six, Nate Wagner, five, Jake Beckner, three and Chad Enright, two points.
