Blazer JV falls at BV Southwest

Battling till the end, the Blazer Junior Varsity boys’ basketball team dropped a 64-35 decision at Blue Valley Southwest, Feb. 7.
“We came out shooting the ball well, but then went cold,” said Coach Curtis Barnes. “It was a tough week not being able to practice due to the weather.”
Despite the offensive woes, Jacob Haywood found his range for 13 points and Nate Wagner chipped in nine. Grant Howell had five, Jacob Lathrum and Chad Enright, three, and Eli Reynolds, two points.
