Blazer baseball season begins March 26

With several key returnees, Coach Corey Schrack and staff are excited about the upcoming baseball season at Gardner Edgerton.
The Blazer varsity has been busy preparing for a season opener at rival Blue Valley March 26. The JV stays home to host Blue Valley the same day.
Schrack will look to seven returnees to lead the way. Senior Joe Sprague is back along with juniors Wally Nellor, Jacob Means ,Bret Wolford, Luke Whitlow, Noah Tenove and  Dylan Schultz.
Showing promise in pre season workouts have been Austin Colwill, Brody Conway, Mijo Gray, Taylor Webb, Brett Lindstrom, Chance Carney, Michael Corrales, and Alex Anguiano.
“The kids have been working hard in practice and we look forward to the season,” said Schrack.
First pitch for the varsity game at Blue Valley is set for 5 pm.
