3 injured in rollover crash

Three people were injured in a two-vehicle accident near Gardner on April 11.
The accident took place at 4:30 p.m. on Interstate 35 at Clare Road.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, the accident took place when a southbound 2003 Toyota driven by Helen M. Burton, 47, of Wichita was cut off by a 1991 Cadillac driven by Charles H. Rappard, 69, of Overbrook.
Burton swerved to avoid a collision, landing in the ditch and rolling.
Burton and two passengers in her car, Jeannette E. Williams, 51, of Mulvane, and Deanna L. Bishop, 40, of Maineville, Ohio were taken to Olathe Medical Center for treatment of injuries.
Their conditions were unavailable.
All three were wearing seatbelts.
Neither Rappard nor his passenger was injured.
